My name is Victor Carlstrom, but you can call me Vic.

I have been working as a professional designer since 2009 in a variety of different capacities. As most designers who continue to hone their craft, I've been a Graphic Designer, an Illustrator, a Presentation Graphics Guru, Web Designer, Front-end Developer, UI/UX Designer and Researcher. Even with wearing those many hats, my focus has always been on implementing a user-centered approach to provide great user experiences.

My other creative pursuit includes a weekly web comic I write and digitally color with my illustrator partner, Jacob Rieman. Battlements has provided me opportunities to push myself as an artist and entertain our readers in a fantasy based comedy. We started in May of 2018, and hit the 100+ pages mark in 2020. We're still going strong as a team-of-two with our growing readership of adventurers.
